There was nothing cookie cutter about Bryant’s coaching or the approach he took with my plan. He did an incredible job of finding a balance between meeting me where I was at as a newish runner while also steadily pushing me out of my comfort zone in order to reach my goal. The technology used to track training is easy to follow and lets you engage with Bryant and see results in real-time after you complete a workout. When I had inevitable setbacks or weeks where I showed solid progress, Bryant made smart adjustments to reflect those changes. I also had weekly flexibility to switch workouts around based on my schedule. And, most importantly, Bryant is dedicated and invested 100%. There were times I doubted myself and questioned my choice to try for a full, but Bryant always believed I could do it which allowed me to believe it too.
