ENDUR RUN COACHING

Who's your coach?

The first thing you will learn about me is that I hate talking about myself. My background is in operations and planning. I absolutely love processes. I like discovering how different things connect to each other. This is why running and me have been a match made in heaven.

I am not an Olympic athlete, nor am I a Boston marathoner (yet!). I don't have any high school or college track records with my name on them. While I do consider myself an above average runner, I am in no way elite. If you're looking for that level, I'm probably not the guy for you. I've completed three official marathons, countless 5ks and 10ks and almost a dozen half marathons. They have all been self-coached.

If you're a "fun runner" looking to add some structure to your training or a beginner trying to get going, you and I may be a fit. My approach is tailored to you. Your level of fitness is just the start of your program. I want to know about your habits, what's important to you, and your reasons for seeking out more structured training. If this isn't important to you, IT WON'T WORK. The person you want to become after a 16-20 week training cycle is the ultimate goal.

If I sound like someone you'd like to work with, feel free to reach out! Let's see if we can make amazing happen!
